Not at all! You are welcome to purchase some templates from The System Strategy Academy.  Honeybook also has a variety of templates you can edit as your own too if you like. Templates are super helpful to already have but not a necessary in order to set up your Honeybook. 

I'll always be completely transparent with you - you very well could FEEL overwhelmed but if you trust this process and lean into the community for support, you won't remain there. I pride myself in helping a number of creative business owners learn how to use Honeybook in a very simplified way where they feel confident maintaining it on their own in their business. 

It's no secret that Honeybook simply will not be right for everyone. Honeybook is one of the SIMPLEST customer relationship management tools but some people like have more flexibility than what this platform offers. It won't be right for everyone and that's completely alright! To put it simply - if you want one of the easiest CRM's to learn - Honeybook is for you! If you find you want more than it offers, feel free to shop around and then decide!

Great question! I offer 1:1 coaching & strategy sessions where we can deep dive into your system together and create a plan tailored for you. I also offer services where my team and I come in and do it all for you entirely if you just don't have the time to learn everything. 

I always tell people to give it at least 30 DAYS before deciding you're not a fan of the system. Really, really try hard to learn it, ask tons of questions, and get familiar with the features. Each time you use it, you'll feel more confident. It does take time though so give yourself grace but do give it a chance before deciding whether or not you don't like it. 

I would provide yourself at least 2 hours to sit down and walk through everything in the course. You can take notes and it everything up as you watch. The course is 1.5 hours long to watch but give yourself time for setup. In total, you could get it all setup and ready to use with client within 3-4 hours. Remember too though that there is always a learning curve and everyone will be different with that.
